These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZHI DUO SHENG LIMITED ("ZHI DUO SHENG", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern the rules for your use of our official websites, applications, games, and services provided through applications or on any platform (collectively referred to as the "Services" in these Terms). game downloads, installations, online gaming experiences, and in-game purchases. We
are constantly committed to updating and enhancing our Services to provide a better
user experience, such as introducing new game content, optimizing game performance,
and enriching gameplay.
(II) User Eligibility
1. Age Requirement: To useZHI DUO SHENG's Services, you must be at least 13
years old. If you are under 13 years old, please do not use our Services. For users
between 13 and 18 years old, you should ensure that you have obtained the consent of
your legal guardian before using the Services.
2. Account Registration: You may need to register an account to use some
Services. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and

with all applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong. You are prohibited from using
our Services for any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited
to infringing upon the rights of others or spreading illegal content.
4. Account Nature: User accounts are for personal use only and may not be
transferred, sold, leased, or shared with others. If we discover that your account
is being used by an unauthorized third party, ZHI DUO SHENG has the right to suspend
or terminate the account and take necessary measures to protect the rights and
interests of other users.
5. Use License: We grant you a license to use the Services. This license is
personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and is solely for personal entertainment
purposes. Without the express written consent of ZHI DUO SHENG, you may not use the
Services for any commercial purposes, such as profiting from live-streaming games or
using game content for advertising.
6. By using ZHI DUO SHENG's Services, you confirm that you meet all of the
above-mentioned eligibility criteria. If you do not meet any of these criteria, you
are not permitted to use our Services. ZHI DUO SHENG reserves the right to update
and modify the user eligibility terms at any time.
You agree that if ZHI DUO SHENG, at its sole discretion, determines that you have
violated the user code of conduct, we have the right to take corresponding actions,
including but not limited to restricting your access to violating content，suspending
or terminating your account, and prohibiting you from using part or all of the
Services.
When using the Services, please ensure that you avoid the following
behaviors:
1. Inappropriate Content Dissemination: Do not transmit, post, or display
any offensive content, including but not limited to harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, pornographic content, or content
that is discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, or gender. Do not use uncivil,
insulting, or discriminatory language when communicating with other users.
2. Infringement of Others' Privacy: Without the express written consent of
other users, do not disclose their personal information, such as names, contact
information, and location information, in the games and related services. However,
users can share their own personal information.
3. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights: Do not infringe upon the
intellectual property rights of any party, including but not limited to copyrights,
trademarks, and patents. Do not upload, post, or distribute copyrighted content
without authorization, such as pirated games, unauthorized music, or images.
4. Illegal Activities: Do not use the Services for any illegal activities,
such as gambling, money laundering, or fraud. Do not organize or participate in any
illegal groups or activities.
5. Disruption of Game Fairness: Do not cheat in games, such as using cheats
or exploiting game loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Do not engage in any
behavior that undermines the fair-play environment of the games, such as maliciously
boosting scores or manipulating game results.
6. Commercial Abuse: Do not conduct unauthorized commercial activities using
the Services, such as advertising in-game or selling virtual items for real-world
benefits.
7. Interference with Service Operation: Do not interfere with or disrupt the
normal operation of the Services, such as launching hacker attacks or sending a
large number of spam emails that cause server paralysis. Do not attempt unauthorized
access to the servers, databases, or other system components of the Services.
If we have reason to believe that you have violated or breached any of these
Terms, we have the right to take action at any time, including terminating your
account and prohibiting you from using all or part of the Services (including but
not limited to deleting your account). If we suspend or terminate your account, you
will no longer be able to access the account and any content associated with it. As
stated above, ZHI DUO SHENG and third-party e-commerce payment providers will not
refund you for virtual currency or virtual items earned, developed, or purchased
in-game.
All content within the Services, including but not limited to game software, text,
graphics, audio, video, trademarks, and logos, is protected by the intellectual
property laws of Hong Kong and is owned by ZHI DUO SHENG or relevant licensors.
Without our prior written permission, you are prohibited from:
1. Copying, modifying, adapting, translating, reverse-engineering,
decompiling, or disassembling any content within the Services.
2. Distributing, disseminating, selling, leasing, licensing, or transferring
the content of the Services in any form.
3. Using the content of the Services for commercial purposes, including but
not limited to creating derivative products or conducting advertising.
4. Removing or tampering with any copyright notices, trademark logos, or
other intellectual property notices in the content of the Services.
We grant you a limited license to use the content of the Services solely for
personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms during your use of
the Services. We have the right to analyze and use any data and records generated
during your use of the Services to improve service quality and optimize the user
experience.
We attach great importance to user privacy. For specific privacy policies, please
refer to our "Privacy Policy", which details how we collect, use, store, and protect
your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of
your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We undertake to adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to
protect the security of your personal information. However, please note that due to
the complexity of the network environment, we cannot guarantee the absolute security
of information. You should assume certain risks when using the Services.
(I) Service Availability
We make every effort to ensure the stable operation of the Services.
However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times and on
all devices. The Services may experience interruptions, delays, or unavailability
due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, network problems, or other
unforeseen reasons. We will try our best to notify users in advance of planned
maintenance and upgrades. However, for service interruptions caused by unexpected
situations, we may not be able to provide timely notice.

including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and timeliness
of the content. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred by users due to
their reliance on the content in the Services.

third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, security,
or reliability of third-party content, nor are we responsible for the privacy
policies or terms of service of third-party websites. You access third-party content
or links at your own risk, and we do not guarantee the full compatibility of
third-party services with our Services.
(IV) Service Risk Assumption
You assume the risks associated with using the Services. The Services are
provided "as is", and we do not provide any form of warranty, including but not
limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of the Services, including
but not limited to data loss, device damage, loss of profits, or business
interruption, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses or
damages.
(I) Nature of Virtual Items and Currency
In-game virtual items and currency ("Virtual Items" and "Virtual Currency")
are part of the Services and are only for use within the games. Virtual Items and
Virtual Currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real
currency or other items of actual value.
(II) Purchase and Use Rules
You can purchase Virtual Currency with real money and use Virtual Currency
to buy Virtual Items. The purchase of Virtual Items and Currency is subject to these
Terms and the specific regulations on the relevant purchase pages. Before making a
purchase, please carefully confirm the purchase information, including the quantity
and price of Virtual Items and Currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
(III) Management of Virtual Items and Currency
We have the right to adjust the quantity, value, acquisition methods, and
usage rules of Virtual Items and Currency according to the operation needs of the
games. We will try to notify users in advance of such adjustments. We reserve the
right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and delete Virtual Items and Currency.
We are not liable for any losses caused to you by the above-mentioned adjustments.
(IV) Account Termination and Virtual Items
If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or other
reasons, all Virtual Items and Currency in your account will be deemed to be
automatically waived, and we have the right to dispose of them without providing any
compensation.
All purchases made on our gaming platform, including virtual items, in-game
currency, subscription services, and downloadable content, are final and
non-refundable. Regardless of the reason, such as dissatisfaction with the purchased
virtual items or currency, change of mind, or accidental purchase, we will not
provide refund services. Before making a purchase, please consider carefully and
confirm the purchase information. Once the purchase is completed, the transaction
cannot be revoked.
If you encounter technical problems during the purchase process that lead to
payment anomalies, such as duplicate charging, please contact our customer service
team in a timely manner. We will verify the situation and take corresponding
measures to resolve the problem. However, we will not provide a refund but will
ensure that you receive the corresponding virtual items or currency or correct the
abnormal payment to protect your rights and interests.
(I) Service Changes
We have the right to change the content, functions, and rules of the
Services according to business development needs. Changes may include but are not
limited to adjustments to gameplay, updates to Virtual Items and Currency, and
changes to service fees. We will try our best to notify users of service changes in
advance through means such as in-app notifications, emails, and official website
announcements. If you continue to use the Services after the changes, it means that
you agree to accept the changed Terms.
(II) Service Termination
User-Initiated Termination: You have the right to stop using the Services at
any time. If you wish to terminate your account, you can apply through the account
management function in the app or by contacting customer service. After the account
is terminated, you will no longer be able to access all data and information in the
account, including game progress, Virtual Items, and Currency. Please operate with
caution.
Our Termination of Services: If you violate these Terms, engage in illegal
activities, or seriously interfere with the normal operation of the Services, we
have the right to terminate your account and Services without prior notice. If we
need to terminate part or all of the Services due to business adjustments, technical
upgrades, or other reasons, we will notify users in advance and provide data
migration or other solutions (if possible) within a reasonable period.
After the termination of the Services, your license to use the Services will
expire, and you should immediately stop using the Services. We are not liable for
any losses caused to you by the termination of the Services, except as otherwise
provided by law.
(I) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Hong Kong.
(II) Dispute Resolution Method
If a dispute arises between you and us regarding these Terms or the use of
the Services, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through friendly
consultation. If the consultation fails, either party has the right to submit the
dispute to the courts with jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region for litigation. During the dispute resolution process, except for the
disputed matters, both parties should continue to abide by the other provisions of
these Terms.
(I) Severability
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of the
other parts. We will make every effort to modify the invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable part to comply with legal requirements. If modification is not
possible, this part will be separated from these Terms without affecting the
effectiveness of the overall Terms.
(II) Waiver
Our failure or delay in exercising any rights under these Terms shall not be
construed as a waiver of such rights. If we waive the pursuit of a certain breach of
contract by you, it does not mean that we will waive our rights against subsequent
breaches of contract by you.
(III) Amendment of Terms

website) and will come into effect after a reasonable period (such as 7 days) from
the date of announcement. If you continue to use the Services after the amendment of
the Terms, it means that you agree to accept the amended Terms. Please check these

Notices sent by us to you can be made through in-app notifications, emails,
text messages, or official website announcements. Notices are deemed to have been
delivered upon sending. You are responsible for regularly checking for notice
information to keep informed of relevant changes and important matters regarding the
Services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZHI DUO SHENG
LIMITED regarding the use of the Services and supersede all previous oral or written
